🗓️ Pick Your Date

Most events happen on Saturday or Sunday. We usually set up tents on Thursday or Friday and take them down Monday or Tuesday. The tent is yours for the whole weekend—so get the most out of it! (Think: a Friday night cookout or Sunday brunch.)

👥 Estimate Your Guests

Don’t stress if you don’t have a final headcount yet. We get it! Just plan to have enough room under the tent in case of rain. We can always bring extra chairs or tables if things change.

🌳 Choose Your Spot

We’ll need a clear, open space for setup (no shrubs, patios, or playgrounds in the way). Not sure if it’ll fit? Snap a pic of your backyard or venue and send it over.

⚒️ Check Underground Stuff

We drive stakes about 3 feet into the ground, so let us know about sprinklers, electrical lines, septic tanks, or anything hidden underground.
